I’m a multidisciplinary artist and textile designer working across textiles, illustration, community arts, and participatory practice. Alongside my commercial design work, I create bespoke artist-led creative workshops, live painting experiences for events, and community arts projects across the Scottish Highlands and beyond.
My work is deeply inspired by plant life, botanicals, and the small details found in nature: the shape of a petal, sea-worn textures, tangled hedgerows, and shifting light across the landscape. These details find their way into my sketchbooks and, eventually, into hand-painted designs created one brushstroke at a time.
Working with schools, organisations, festivals, heritage projects, businesses, and community groups, each project is designed to encourage creativity, participation, wellbeing, and meaningful connection through art. Workshops can explore botanical painting, textile design, colour, symbolism, collage, and pattern-making, giving participants space to look closely, experiment boldly, and discover their own visual language.
